Haruka Ono

Haruka joined War News Radio as a freshman in the fall of 2015. She believes in the power of journalism to highlight the human aspect of conflicts. Her topics of interest range from the refugee crises to East Asian politics. Outside of War News Radio, Haruka is involved in Let’s Get Ready (a coaching program for first generation high school students), Dare2Soar (a tutoring program for elementary school students in Chester), orchestra, and the Daily Gazette. Potential psychology and computer science major.
