Inside War News Radio: Kyle Crawford’s Mark of Excellence
War News Radio reporter Kyle Crawford has been recognized with a Mark of Excellence Award from the Society of Professional Journalists for this report – “Dunson Vision” – on how soldiers have been using YouTube to share images of their experiences in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The awards will be presented during the Mark of Excellence Luncheon at the upcoming Spring Conference April 8-9 in Providence, Rhode Island. This piece first aired in July, 2010, as part of War News Radio’s “Uploading the War.”
