From Afghanistan to Swarthmore, and back

According to the Afghan Ministry of Higher Education, their university system still struggles with chronic shortages of funds, infrastructure, and teachers; and many Afghan students choose to pursue degrees abroad. From 2006-2010 Ruhullah Klapawak attended Swarthmore College,War News Radio’s parent organization.  Collin Smith recently interviewed him on his experiences.
